This stay was excellent. The property was as advertised. Clean , modern, and comfortable. There are enough in the way of restaurants, and markets near by. Tamarindo is about 35 mins away. Playa Avellanas is a 5min drive, great place to relax. I would not hesitate to use again. The only downsside was the condition of the road for the last few miles to the development. I assume that will improve as the area continues to development.

Family vacation
This was a very clean property in a gated area. It is close to many beaches. The host answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Check in and check out was very easy.
